Retirement Announcement – Dr John Quinane

We would like to thank Dr John Quinane for over 40 years of service at Bellarine Veterinary Practice and wish him a very happy retirement at the end of this month.

John joined Bellarine Veterinary Practice in 1983 and has been a much-loved foundation member of the practice with a very loyal client following.

John had a pivotal role in the introduction of alpacas and ostriches to Australia. In his later career he focused on small animal surgery and has been able to provide the pets of Geelong with advanced surgery options. John has dedicated himself to mentoring and training vets at Bellarine Veterinary Practice and has established a highly skilled surgical team.

We will all miss John’s humor, expertise and mentorship and hope he enjoys time with his family, travelling, fishing and golfing.
