Our community involvement

The Bellarine Veterinary Practice, Geelong, team love being part of the vibrant Bellarine Peninsula community. We love the Bellarine’s people, pets, lifestyle and sense of community, that’s why we believe in supporting the communities that support our veterinarian clinics.

We support a number of organisations, sponsor events, send vets to local schools and community clubs to talk about pet ownership and pet responsibility, and raise funds for and awareness of local charities. For us, we are more than just a vet clinic; we are part of the Geelong and Bellarine community.

Some of the groups we have supported with donations and sponsorship include:

  • The Grovedale Tennis Club
  • Grovedale Neighbourhood House
  • The Bunyip Festival (Drysdale and Clifton Springs Primary School fundraiser)
  • Geelong All Breeds Cat Club
  • St Wilfrid’s Anglican Church blessing of the animals
  • Grovedale Kindergarten
  • Geelong Animal Welfare Society
  • AMRRIC (Animal Management in Remote and Regional Indigenous Communities)
  • Peter Mac Ride to Conquer Cancer
