The team at BVP is committed to best environmental practice.   We research the materials we use and where possible select environmentally friendly options, such as in cleaning products. 

We re-use and recycle as a business where it is appropriate and in keeping with best practice. It is important to point out that our surgical equipment is always sterilised following best veterinary practice procedures; and disposable medical and surgical items such as syringes, needles, suture materials and other medical disposals are never re-used.

More recently we installed a rainwater tank at our Newcomb and Ocean Grove Hospitals to collect water for use in our kennels, laundry and hydrobath.
