Meet Natalie

To many of you she will be a very familiar face. Natalie Dorain has been working at BVP for the last 7 years as our Grooming manager and a Puppy Preschool trainer and is the proud owner of dogs Rue and Soona and pussy cat Lionel. She has recently been promoted to our Newcomb Reception Manager. Here she will be responsible for ensuring that the front of house at Newcomb runs effectively and smoothly and that exceptional customer service is delivered. Natalie is looking forward to having her team serve you well when you and your pets next visit Newcomb.

Our Receptionist

Our receptionists are the face of our practice and recognise how important it is to be helpful and welcoming at all times.

We have a wonderful team of receptionists, many of whom rotate their shifts with veterinary nursing duties, and as such are trained and experienced in all aspects of pet and veterinary care. They are here to attend to you whether it be making an appointment, settling your bill or answering questions and enquiries about our veterinary services.

Our receptionists are also able to assist you when selecting products from the range of merchandise, pet care and nutritional products we stock. They will deal with any query you might have, either directly, or indirectly, by referring the query to the right person.
