We provide regular communication through our newsletter, information sheets, pet care reminders and one to one communication.
We randomly survey clients to ensure that we continue to meet your needs, and appreciate your responses.

House Call Service
House calls can be arranged on request. A surcharge applies for this service.
After-hours Emergency Service
We provide an emergency after hours veterinary service until 10pm, 7 days a week, to Geelong and the Bellarine. If you have an emergency outside of Clinic hours, please call 03 5248 2009. You will be given a mobile number to call to contact the Duty Vet.
For emergencies after 10pm and until 8am the next morning please contact WAEC, at the University at Werribee, on 9731 2232.
Our after-hours service is for EMERGENCIES ONLY and there is an additional charge.
